The radically liberal Whoopi Goldberg’s worst nightmare came true last week when Donald Trump won the presidential election. Indeed, Goldberg despises Trump so much so that she refuses to even say his name on her ABC talk show The View.
Goldberg spent months campaigning for Kamala Harris every day on The View. Despite Goldberg’s best efforts, Harris came up short not only in the Electoral College, but also in the popular vote.
Eight days after the election, Goldberg celebrated her 69th birthday. That morning, she claimed on The View that a bakery had refused to make her favorite Charlotte Russe dessert for her. In Goldberg’s eyes, this was clearly because of her liberal political views.
“They said that their ovens had gone down, all kinds of stuff, but folks went and got them anyway, which is why I’m not telling you who made them,” Goldberg told her audience. She claimed that her order was rejected because “they did not like my politics.”
Now, however, the truth has come out. The bakery in question has been identified as Holtermann’s Bakery, a 145-year-old family-owned establishment on Staten Island. This bakery’s owner is speaking out to reveal the real reason that her business turned down Goldberg’s order.

Bakery owner Jill Holtermann denied Goldberg’s version of the events, explaining that the bakery’s issues were not politically motivated but stemmed from mechanical problems with their boilers, an ongoing challenge in their building, which was built in 1930.“I said to Whoopi, ‘I can’t do it right now’,” Holtermann told the outlet. “We have so many things going on with my boiler.”
Holtermann confirmed that she ultimately managed to make 50 treats, which were picked up early Wednesday morning for “The View’s” taping. Holtermann reiterated that her inability to immediately confirm the order had nothing to do with Goldberg’s political beliefs, adding, “I didn’t want to make a commitment that I can’t carry through,” given the existing technical difficulties.
Nice try, Goldberg, but this was a major fail!
Liberals Love To Play The Victim
Liberals like Goldberg just love to play the victim. In reality, it’s oftentimes conservatives who are persecuted for their beliefs these days, not hateful leftists like her.
Goldberg has clearly been so thrown off by Harris’ brutal loss that she thinks the entire world is out to get her. She is so out of touch with reality that heading into Election Day, Goldberg thought that there was no way her beloved Harris could lose.
The ignorant Goldberg spent the entire lead-up to the election ignoring the realities of Biden-Harris’ America. Under their regime, the economy went to shambles. Inflation skyrocketed as millions of illegal aliens simultaneously flooded our borders. Meanwhile, millions of Americans were struggling to put food on the table.
On Election Day, a radically liberal multi-millionaire like Goldberg was the last person the average American was willing to listen to when it came to how to vote. That’s why the majority of voters picked Trump as our next president.
Sorry, Whoopi, but the vast majority of Americans don’t give a hoot about your politics. Next time a business turns down a service you’re requesting, maybe something other than your ignorant political views is at play!
