Ever since she was anointed as Joe Biden’s replacement in the presidential race back in July, Kamala Harris has avoided media appearances as much as possible. This is likely because on the rare occasions that Harris does speak to the media, she ends up embarrassing herself brutally.
Indeed, when Harris has to go off script, she frequently stumbles over her words. She also often talks in circles instead of giving clear answers to questions.
This was shown once again this week during a CNN Town Hall that was hosted by Anderson Cooper. During it, Harris stumbled over her words when she was forced to talk about the Biden-Harris administration’s border and immigration policies.

“Let’s talk about this compromise bill that you want to pass if you are elected. You said that’s going to be a priority. It includes $650 million in funding for the border wall. That’s something Republicans wanted that was part of the compromise. Under Donald Trump, you criticized the wall more than 50 times. You called it ‘stupid, useless, and a medieval vanity project.’ Is a border wall stupid?,” Cooper asked Harris Wednesday.“Let’s talk about Donald Trump on that border wall,” Harris said while laughing. “So remember, Donald Trump said Mexico would pay for it. Come on, they didn’t. How much of that wall did he build? I think the last number I saw was about 2%. And then when it came time for him to do a photo op, you know, where he did it? In the part of the wall that President Obama built.”
Cooper Doubles Down – Harris Keeps Stumbling
To his credit, Cooper refused to let Harris off the hook with this non-answer.
“But you agreed to a bill that would earmark $650 million to continue building that,” he said.
Once again, Harris stumbled in response.
“I pledge that I am going to bring forward that bipartisan bill to further strengthen and secure our border,” Harris replied. “Yes, I am, and I’m going to work across the aisle to pass a comprehensive bill that deals with a broken immigration system.”
“We need a president who is grounded in common sense and practical outcomes, like, let’s just fix this thing,” she continued. “Let’s just fix it. Why is there any ideological perspective on this? Let’s just fix the problem.”
We’re not quite sure where Harris is “grounded,” but it’s certainly not in common sense!
Cooper tried to press Harris one final time.
“So you don’t think it’s stupid anymore?” Cooper continued.
“I think what he did and how he did it was, did not make much sense because he actually didn’t do much of anything. I just talked about that wall, right?”she stated. “We just talked about it. He didn’t actually do much of anything.”

This Is Classic Kamala Harris
This entire exchange says it all about Harris. Firstly, she does a lot of talking without actually saying anything of substance. She also continually dodges direct questions when pressed to give her actual opinion on an issue.
This is additionally yet another example of Harris flip-flopping on an issue. During the entirety of Donald Trump’s presidency, Harris was one of the loudest liberal voices screaming that his border wall was “racist.” After years of failing miserably as Joe Biden’s “border czar,” however, Harris has changed her tune. Now, she’s planning to continue building the border wall if she wins this election.
This just goes to show that Harris is a sleazy career politician who will do and say anything to get elected. Nothing Harris says can ever truly be trusted. Then again, it’s hard to take anything Harris says seriously when she’s constantly stumbling over her words in the way that she did in this Town Hall.
In the end, America simply cannot afford to have someone as incompetent as Harris in the White House. Here’s hoping she never gets there.
