Trump Warns Middle East There Will Be ‘Hell To Pay’ If Hostages Aren’t Freed

We are now one month away from Donald Trump making his triumphant return to the White House. This comes weeks after he defeated Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election, winning in both the Electoral College and the popular vote.

It’s also been over a year since Hamas attacked Israel. Hamas killed at least 1,200 people and kidnapped at least 250 others on October 7, 2023. At least seven of these hostages are American citizens.

As Trump prepares to take office once again, he is speaking out to send a brutal message to the Middle East. When it comes to these hostages, Trump wants it to be known that he is not messing around.

From Fox News:
“Everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely, and against the will of the entire World, in the Middle East – But it’s all talk, and no action!” Trump wrote.

“Please let this TRUTH serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20, 2025, the date that I proudly assume Office as President of the United States, there will be ALL HELL TO PAY in the Middle East, and for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against Humanity,” Trump added.

Trump said those responsible for taking the hostages “will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied History of the United States of America.”

Boom!

Many feel that President Joe Biden has not done nearly enough when it comes to freeing these hostages. Trump’s message serves as a reminder to the world that unlike Biden, he is a president who is not afraid to take action. America’s enemies all over the world should be in panic mode right now, as it’s clear that Trump is not playing any games this time.

Hostage Video Released

Trump’s message comes after Hamas released a video of the 20-year-old Israeli-American hostage Edan Alexander. In the footage, Alexander cried as he revealed that he has been a prisoner for over 420 days.

Addressing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Alexander said “you have neglected us.” He went on to address Trump, begging him to use his “influence and the full power of the United States to negotiate for our freedom.”

Alexander’s mother said that her son “represents all the living hostages who cannot make their voices heard, and this voice needs to reverberate and shake everyone!”

Netanyahu responded by saying that he had talked to Alexander’s family after the release of the “brutal psychological warfare video.”

“The Prime Minister said in the conversation that he felt very well the agony going through Edan and the hostages and their families, and promised that Israel is working with determination and in every way to return them home, along with all the hostages who are in the hands of the enemy,” his statement continues.

Over a year after the hostages were taken, a permanent cease-fire deal between Israel and Hamas remains elusive. Please join us in saying a prayer for all of the hostages as their tragic ordeal continues.
