Liberal Activist Wants to ‘Defund The Police,’ Then All Her Possessions Get Stolen in U-Haul

The radical left has pushed tons of harmful narratives on our country in recent years. One of their worst, however, has been the “defund the police” mantra.

Indeed, far-leftist activists love to push for police to be defunded. When they find themselves being the victims of crimes, however, these radical liberals still go running to the police begging for help.

Darcie Bell of San Francisco is one of the most passionate “Defund The Police” activists in her far-left city. Unfortunately for Bell, who goes by the name “Jerque Costeau” on social media, she found herself depending on the police in a big way last weekend.

On Saturday, Bell took to social media to claim that thieves had stolen a U-Haul truck that was full of all of her possessions.

From The Blaze:
“Hey guys. If you see a 26 foot uhaul truck with the Arizona plate AL50003- would you let me know because it had like everything I own on it,” she posted. “It was stolen near Noe and Market and fun fact: @uhaul doesn’t put gps on their trucks and thieves apparently know this.”

She tagged San Francisco Mayor London Breed and other officials asking that they require Uhaul to have GPS trackers on its vehicles so that stolen items can be recovered more easily.

“I just want my s*** back, the sentimental stuff, please. I don’t about the people who stole it, people steal s***, I just hope they take the stuff they need and I can recover the personal stuff that’s the stuff I’m struggling with,” she added.

The post quickly went viral, but not for the reasons that Bell was hoping for. Social media users fired back at Bell by mocking her for the “Defund The Police” posts that she’s pushed out for years.

“Anti Police activist begs the police to help,” jeered one social media user account.

“Shot. Chaser,” another account posted alongside screenshots of Bell’s past “Defund The Police” posts.

Bell Doubles Down – Continues Attacking Police

One would think that Bell would backtrack on her calls to defund the police after receiving this backlash. Instead, she proceeded to double down by attacking the police for not finding her stolen items.

“I haven’t found my s***! The cops didn’t do s***! U-Haul made me file a f****ing police report!” said Bell, who proudly states in her social media bio that she “will respond to all bad faith arguments w/ad hominem attacks.”

“There’s cameras all over this city. They haven’t done s***!” she continued. “I just want my stuff back!”

Bell clearly doesn’t see the irony of any of this. The more police are “defunded,” the less time and resources they have to devote to “stolen U-Hauls” and other such crimes. That’s exactly why police should be given as much funding as possible.

As for the many social media users who continue to mock her, Bell has a message for them as well.

“Look at these good, Christian ‘victim advocates’ celebrating my kids losing their belongings at Christmas,” she sneered.

In the end, this entire situation is karma at it’s finest. Good luck finding your U-Haul, Darcie Bell!
